Welcome to FBA Bros. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FBA Bros website, audits, and Amazon growth management services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
FBA Bros provides comprehensive Amazon account management, including but not limited to, account auditing, PPC management, listing optimization, creative design, and multi-channel expansion (e.g., TikTok Shop).
The 120-Day Growth System: Our phased service timeline is executed in written milestones. While we operate on targeted performance metrics (e.g., ACoS reduction, CVR improvements), exact financial results are subject to market conditions, algorithm shifts, and consumer behavior.
Surgical Execution: We agree to implement changes surgically, prioritizing the protection of your current profitable ASINs, rank, and velocity.
To perform our Services and the “Free Profit Leak Audit,” you must grant us the necessary permissions to access your Amazon Seller Central account or other integrated platforms.
You retain full ownership of your Amazon account, listings, and intellectual property.
We will only modify campaigns, listings, and account structures in accordance with our agreed-upon growth roadmap.
For the system to work effectively, you agree to:
Maintain active and compliant Amazon Seller standing.
Manage physical inventory flow to support the agreed-upon scaling strategies.
Communicate promptly regarding account alerts, inventory shortages, or brand registry updates.
We understand the sensitive nature of e-commerce data. FBA Bros will not disclose your specific sales figures, profit margins, ASINs, or proprietary business strategies to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Case studies and “Before/After” metrics will be anonymized unless you grant written permission.
FBA Bros acts as a strategic partner. We are not liable for account suspensions, listing suppressions, or revenue fluctuations caused by Amazon’s internal algorithm updates, policy changes, competitor actions, or supply chain failures outside of our direct control. Our maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total fees paid by you to FBA Bros in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
